Jane’s Background

Jane Cassell started life in Kent, studied Law at Chester and trained as a Solicitor in Hertfordshire. Since qualifying as a Solicitor in 2001, Jane remains a member of the Law Society, and now works as a professional Willwriter, also offering Probate Services. Jane prides herself on being able to put clients at ease and explain potentially complex matters in a straightforward way.

As a member of the Institute of Professional Willwriters (IPW), Jane complies with the IPW’s Code of Conduct and is required to maintain the same minimum insurance requirements as a solicitors legal practice.
