Accessible advice
Accessible to me, means making things easy, not hard.
Having a ramp or visiting clients at home, is important to people with mobility issues.
Providing water and treats means an office is dog friendly and therefore accessible to parents of fur babies.
Being available to meet by video after the little ones are tucked up in bed, makes things accessible for parents of young children.
Please let me know if there’s something you need, to make moving forward with your Will, as accessible as possible. There are many things that I can provide. Speaking Urdu I’ve realised, is not one of them. And neither is meeting in Birmingham.
Sometimes, making things accessible means releasing a new client to a fellow professional who can provide the little things which are often huge things, that you require. Don’t be shy. If there’s something which will make the whole process flow for you, you must say. You owe it to yourself and to your peace of mind.
