Confused? Take Action

It’s been a strange time recently.

Many of us have found the pandemic situation challenging. Some point to mental health issues. Others use language like tearful. Some probably go for longer runs. Some wish they could run away. Others have gone into nurturing mode. Some are glued to the news.

It’s been confusing.

Just as Joe Wicks the Body Coach offers exercise as the solution to the confusion, Jane Cassell founder of JC Independent Wills & Probate, offers taking action with your Will and possibly Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs) as a way to cope.

Taking action may take different forms.

For some people, when they check the Intestacy Rules, it’s actually okay, and they’re at peace with what would happen on death with no Will. The peace of mind of having checked properly, is valuable.

For others, particularly with small children, who need to think about appointing guardians, Wills are essential, and it’s a case of getting on with them, signing within a few weeks, then moving on with life, knowing a Will is in place.

Whatever your situation, please take action and do what you need to do. That may mean checking that you can get away with doing nothing, then embracing that, or it may be taking action with a new Will.

If you simply want a telephone chat to see which way you should head, please feel confident contacting Jane Cassell of JC Independent Wills & Probate on the office line 01727 840 240 or by email at jane@jcwillsandprobate.co.uk and she will support you.

And in case you think you may be wasting Jane’s time, you’re not. It’s what she’s here for.
