Myself and my husband recently asked Jane to help us arrange our Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney, and I couldn't recommend her highly enough. A friend recommended Jane to us as this was something we had been wanting to do for a long time but couldn't get round to organising - plus it was something we were putting off, if we are honest. I first spoke to Jane on the phone for initial guidance and then we had a Skype meeting to go through the details. She was kind, patient and really helpful, making suggestions for things we hadn't even thought about. Jane took into account our personal circumstances with great care and understanding. She was then extremely efficient in getting our documents back to us for signing, even though it was during the run-up to Christmas.
