All of our questions were answered and everything was clearly explained clearly. Jane gave us great advice, treated us with warmth and professionalism and made the whole procedure painless. We have already recommended Jane to several family members.

This was very important to me as I had only a vague idea of what a will consists of. She also asked a lot of questions to ensure that I considered the many possibilities where a will might be opened other than death, and what the consequences might be. Many many scenarios that I had not considered were raised, all of which were important to the final will.

Jane took as long as was necessary and suggested appropriate changes and additions. Final documents extremely clear and well explained (including written clause-by-clause description). No edits necessary on the review. This experience was so much better than any other solicitor we have engaged with. We would recommend Jane to anyone.
